The Visa Concierge Service is very useful to anybody. It's like having a personal assistant. I found it to be of great help and amazingly satisfying.
What is it?
The Visa Concierge Service is a perk granted by Visa to premium cardholders, namely to Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite cards. This gives you access to Visa's global network which can help you with a great many things. It is VERY IMPORTANT to remember, that the levels of Visa membership are granted by Visa and not the card issuer. To know what level of Visa membership you have, look at the bottom right of the front of your credit card. The words PLATINUM, INFINITE, or SIGNATURE will tell you. If there are no words under the Visa logo, it is a classic Visa membership or a gold Visa membership. Unfortunately, both of those do not grant you the use of the Visa Concierge Service. 😄😄😄😄😄
What does it do?
The Visa Concierge can help you with the following things:
Concerts, shows, and other activities-you can book your tickets for the theater, ballet, museums, and concerts through the Visa Concierge who can also help you find the best prices. This is more powerful than you think. They can even find ways to acquire tickets at the last minute. These of course, will be charged to your card.😄😄😄😄😄
Restaurants-you can ask the Visa Concierge to find, suggest, and even reserve tables for restaurants. I was very satisfied when I called for suggestions for my Singapore trip. I ended up eating the best of Singapore in the La Brezza restaurant during the Friday night barbecue buffets. They give you endless lobster, shrimp, crabs, steak, lamb, and so much more!

Information-Before taking my trip to Hong Kong earlier this year, since it was my first time planning a trip, I asked the Visa Concierge to send me their suggestions and I ended up with lists of activities, places to go, tours to take, and even what was priced best in Hong Kong compared to other countries. It even included guides on etiquette and was sent to me in pdf with the words "Made exclusively for Mr. Kevin Angelo Molato" marking every page. 😄😄😄😄😄
Travel-You can book your tickets through the Visa Concierge who can find you plane tickets, vehicle rentals (car, yacht, even helicopter), limousine services, hotel bookings, translator services, and even cruise tickets. Best of all, they will find the best prices. I was most impressed with how easy it was to book the airport concierge service who took me straight from the tarmac to my waiting ride.

Sports-You can ask the Visa Concierge to book your 18 holes of golf, tennis games, gym classes, and even coaching sessions. It was relatively easy to.😄😄😄😄😄
Almost anything else-In my experience, the Visa Concierge Service has been very useful. It helped me find service centers to repair my LED projector when I couldn't just go and buy a new one. They even offered to find a rental service. It reserved tables for me at restaurants where I knew getting a table would be difficult. They can even find and deliver food, gifts, and flowers. We can skip the details for that, though.😄😄😄😄😄
